This feature was put in thank you very much ? And that's not a dangerous thing. Keys are already EXTREMELY cheap, who's to worry about BIGGER communities buying bulk-keys and using it for themselves. Crooked Arms is still getting business ($$) and the buyer is still getting bulk keys. Your logic here makes no sense.

My recommendation: Add a Reseller option ? For Reseller's to simply purchase keys and sell them at a pro-rated price, make profit, and have access to those keys.
