⚠️ Disable or Remove (Required)

For the software to function correctly, you must disable or remove the following components:

• 🛑 Antivirus (it is recommended to completely uninstall it rather than just disable it)

  → Restart your PC after uninstalling
  → Make sure no traces remain

• 🛡️ Windows SmartScreen
• 🔒 Microsoft Defender (Windows Defender)

After uninstalling your antivirus, it is recommended to restart your PC and make sure no related services or drivers remain.

🔧 Additional (Very Important)

• ❌ Remove FACEIT Anti-Cheat and Riot Vanguard Read more here

  → Even if they were installed before — remove all remaining files

• 🌐 Use a VPN

  → If your VPN doesn't work — try another one
  → This is only relevant if all previous steps have been completed

✅ For Your Convenience (Required)

If you are not sure whether all required components have been disabled, use our utility.

Follow these steps:

• 📥 Download the utility [CA] FixMainError [CA] FixMainError v1.1.exe
• 🖥️ Run the file as Administrator
• 🔍 The utility will automatically check which components are still enabled
• ⚙️ If possible, it will help disable them automatically

⚠️ It is recommended to run the utility before contacting support.

🔧 Additional (If the Error Persists)

• 🖥️ Enable VT-x / Intel Virtualization Technology or SVM Mode in BIOS (depending on your CPU)
• ⚙️ Disable Hyper-V
• 🔒 Disable Secure Boot in BIOS
• 👤 Disable User Account Control (UAC) (automatic disabling is available via the link below)

⚠️ Only perform these steps if the error still persists after completing all required actions.

  ⚠️Обязательно отключить или удалить

Для корректной работы программы необходимо отключить или удалить следующие компоненты:

• 🛑 Антивирус (рекомендуется полностью удалить, а не просто отключить)

         → После удаления перезагрузите ПК
         → Убедитесь, что не осталось следов

• 🛡️ Windows SmartScreen
• 🔒 Microsoft Defender (Защитник Windows) 

После удаления антивируса рекомендуется перезагрузить компьютер и убедиться, что не осталось его служб или драйверов.

  → Даже если они были раньше — удалите все остатки
• 🌐 Используйте VPN
