This error means that not all the requirements of the instructions for the software are met!!

namely, defenders are not disabled, see antiviruses. the list is below

DISABLE or DELETE MANDATORY

• Disable antivirus ( Remove!!! )

     ***after removing the antivirus, restart your PC

• Disable SmartScreen

• Disable Windows Defender

                                     

Additionally

• Remove FaceIt and Vanguard Read here: Read more

FaceIt - this is a separate anti-cheat game CS:GO 
Vanguard - this is an anti-cheat game Valorant

               ***  If you had them before, check all traces that could remain                                      

 

• Use VPN

Данная ошибка означает что не все требования инструкции  к софту выполнены!!

а именно не отключены защитники, антивирусы см. список ниже

ОТКЛЮЧИТЬ или УДАЛИТЬ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО 

• Отключить антивирус  (Удалить!!!)

     *** после удаления антивируса перезагрузите ПК

• Отключить SmartScreen

• Отключить защитник Windows
